Breakfast
Visit the Cheese Café at breakfast time, Penny has a really good selection of breakfast
deals as well as many other offerings on the menu. The coffee is great and is a
real wake-
The Full English breakfast is a really generous helping consisting of a regular coffee, sausage, bacon, sauté potatoes, fried eggs, mushrooms, beans or tomato & fried bread and also toast, butter & marmalade and a freshly squeezed orange juice. There are several other set breakfast deals available on the menu, and Penny frequently produces a special dish for breakfast. The most recent one is a delicious Kedgeree.
Tom’s Bread
Tom’s sourdough culture is maturing well and he is making some beautiful bread. If you haven't yet tried sourdough bread you really should give it a go. It is a well structured bread with a delicious flavour and a slight tang to it which is really pleasant. It has a super crust and makes unbelievably good toast. It goes well with sweet or savoury things and it last for ages. It will last for up to a month if kept wrapped up in the fridge.

Our Cheeses..
We try to keep about 90 different cheeses in stock, and even more at Christmas.
We specialise in West Country Cheeses but also feature a wide range of other British cheeses and carry a carefully chosen selection of Continental varieties mainly from France, Italy and Spain.
